Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChiefSync DI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and ChiefSync DI, Inc. ("ChiefSync DI", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the State of Israel.

2. Description of Service

ChiefSync DI provides AI-powered strategic business insights, operational recommendations, and executive decision-support tools ("Virtual COO"). The Service includes access to our AI platform, business intelligence vault, strategic planning features, and related tools based on your subscription tier.


2A. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy

By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • All AI-generated outputs must be independently verified by qualified professionals before being acted upon.

  • All strategic, financial, operational, hiring, legal, or business decisions made on the basis of AI outputs are your sole responsibility.

  • ChiefSync DI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses, lost revenue, missed opportunities, regulatory penalties, reputational harm, or other damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

  • The Service is a decision-support tool, not a decision-maker. The final accountability for all business decisions rests solely with you and your executive team.

3. Subscription Model & Billing

ChiefSync DI operates on a tiered SaaS subscription model. All billing is handled via secure, encrypted payment processing through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1).

  • Starter ($29/mo): Manual uploads, basic AI insights

  • Growth ($79/mo): Automated integrations, weekly reports

  • Professional ($189/mo): Full API sync, anomaly detection, Liability Shield

  • Elite ($299/mo): Unlimited access, white-label reporting, compliance suite

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)

  • A 7-day free trial is available for all plans and requires a valid payment method for verification

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled

  • You may cancel anytime from your dashboard Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

  • Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice before taking effect

  • Enterprise and custom pricing are subject to separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service

  • Using the Service for illegal data mining, scraping, or harvesting

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

  • Using the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service without written consent

  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content to the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, AI models, algorithms, and user interface designs of the Service are owned by ChiefSync DI, Inc. and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. You retain full ownership of your business data; ChiefSync DI is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide the Service. This license terminates immediately upon account deletion.

7. Data Security & Privacy

All strategic and operational data transmitted to or from ChiefSync DI is protected via:

  • SSL/TLS 1.3: End-to-end encrypted HTTPS for all data in transit

  • AES-256: Bank-grade encryption for all data at rest

  • Row Level Security (RLS): Cryptographic data isolation at the database level

  • Zero-Data Training: Your business data is never used to train AI models
